Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Global Priority Mail. They are usually on the way the next business day. Your order should then arrive in 2-3 business days. International orders should arrive in 4-5 business days.
Q: Who is Carey?
A: I met her on Facebook and she was kind enough to take the picture for me to use. She is a hospice nurse and really does wear the shirt to work too, lol!
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: No matter how large you order shipping costs are $5.75 in the U.S & $16.95 internationally.
Q: Why is the international shipping so high?
A: This is the actual rate from the USPS and is really the best option available. Many customers put together group orders so the shipping cost is shared.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover & money order. You can process your credit card through our secure site or use PayPal (no account necessary).
Q: How do I adjust the display settings bigger and smaller?
A: Just hold down the Ctrl button and use the +/- keys or mouse thumbwheel to adjust the size.
Q: Are their any special washing instructions?
A: All shirts are preshrunk & hold their size and shape well. It's recommended to wash in cold water and dry on low heat for increased longevity. The shirts should last for years of normal wear.
Q: I have been disappointed by the quality of some shirts that I have bought online. What makes you different?
A: We use excellent quality shirts & do this for two reasons. We want to put out a superior product & we want the shirts to be comfortable. A long lasting, comfortable shirt will be worn more often than a cheap one & therefore seen by more people. A happy customer is truly the best advertising so when people say "where did you get that" you will be happy to mention us. (I figured that out without a business degree)
Q: What kind of shirts do you use?
A: Our mens shirts are the Hanes Beefy-T. They are made from 6.0 oz. 100% cotton and preshrunk.
For womens shirts we use the Bella 1001 and L.A.T 3580. The Bella shirt is a baby-rib capped sleeve shirt made of 5.8 oz. combed ring-spun cotton in a babyrib knit. If in doubt, we recommend ordering one size larger than normal. The L.A.T shirt is a relaxed fit scoop neck style made of a 5.5oz. 100% combedringspun cotton.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30 day return if you are dissatisfied with our product in any way. Just return the t-shirt and you will receive a 100% refund of the price of the item(s).
Q: Why are there so many nurse sayings?
A: The "Be Kind To Nurses" shirt is very popular so I decided to continue the theme. Also, there are about 2.8 million RN's in just the U.S. so most everyone has a friend or relative that is a nurse.
Q: Who makes up these jokes.
A: We make up all our own jokes. Some of these I had used for many years and these were the first ones I had on the site. Others are the result of happenings in daily life. Honestly, they "just seem to happen" during a conversation or from some event. A few have been suggestions from my Facebook page.
